People have been asking about what I think about GenAI in higher ed, so I put together a guide for students & educators that attempts to demystify what GenAI is & how it's bad.
Very much a work in progress, so do let me know if you have feedback/updates!

World Central Kitchen has run out of food to serve in Gaza. Its bakery ("recently the last working bakery in Gaza") is out of flour. There are 100,000+ tons of food in staging areas within driving distance of Gaza, and Israel refuses to let them in wck.org/news/gaza-up...

In this time of polarization and democratic decay, how might legal educators cultivate more citizen lawyers like Kneedler?

My latest *now published* in the Minn. L. Rev. argues that we need to better equip our students to facilitate dialogue & contest the law.

This is brilliant. The first bit of common sense I've read since the FWS judgement. Excellent explanation of why trans ppl in NI are protected by the Windsor Framework as 'failure to consider trans individuals as holding their acquired sex is a breach of EU law'.

While the gospels say that Judas led the Romans to Jesus, a new theory is gaining traction with some Biblical scholars. There is evidence, some say, that Judas merely shared Christ's location on an insecure group chat that accidentally included several Roman officials and journalists.

The biggest supporters of trans people are lesbian and bisexual women. The media’s framing of trans rights as a threat to women is as disingenuous as it is deplorable. After all, the political attacks against abortion and women’s rights come from the same governments opposing trans existence.
While some people like to vocally claim that the rights of cis lesbians, gay men, and bisexual people are “threatened” by trans rights, it’s worth reminding folks that the vast majority of us support trans and non-binary people in our communities. Our lives, like our rights, are secured together.
