Marjorie Taylor Greene is trash. She's always been trash. She spoke at Nick Fuentes's conference and hasn't renounced him. She is a white nationalist.

I'm glad a lot of Democrats want to embrace her and absolve her, but what about the rest of us whom she continues to attack?

I suppose we should give free and fair elections a chance to work in 2026, but this is clearly revolution fuel. Cities and states do not have to tolerate this.
5 headlines tonight on Charlotte Observer’s homepage:

“Church members flee as federal agents arrive”

“Super G executive describes agents dragging out teen employee”

The Cubs' delusion that their offense will be fine without Tucker is particularly galling because at the most key times in the season it wasn't fine with him.

That was my old man take of the day.

The first "sports event" we had at our first college apartment was Summerslam 2005. Because we were all underage, our friends came over even if they weren't wrestling fans to drink.

The look of shock and awe when they found out custody of a child was being contested in a ladder match.
20 years since Eddie Guerrero passed feels like one of those things that feels impossible to believe. I remember that day and ensuing week so vividly.

He had so much left to do. So much left to offer.

"This could take down Democrats, too."

I know. And I frankly wouldn't give even an itty bitty damn if it implicated every Democratic man in Congress, every Democratic hopeful for 2028 and every Democrat who has even thought about running for office.

Down with the sex predators, wherever they are.

I'm not sure a book has CHANGED me...

But the one most recently that inspired me was The Emerald Mile.

What will I do with that inspiration? No idea.
performative reading, lack of reading skills, nobody's reading anymore -- NO!

tell me about a book that changed you

for me? the *extremely* ahistorical novel, THE AGONY AND THE ECSTASY which I read at 13 and was like, "Oh, art can be *everything* to a maker, for good and bad"

Senator Schumer has failed to lead this party in one of its most critical moments, and Americans will pay the price. It’s time for him to step down from leadership and make way for a new generation willing to fight for the people instead of the powerful.

I deleted my post about @captmarkkelly.bsky.social being one of the traitors.

I'm glad he wasn't. Now let's see if he holds leadership accountable.

For the WE LOVE CAPITALISM crowd, I can't overstate how big a problem the current healthcare system is for actually starting a business. I would have NEVER started this company if my wife wasn't working in health care in 2020 (and had that sweet heath care industry insurance).
