I started The Practical Kitchen back in 2019 after burning out hard in media and tech jobs. I was freelancing and decided to see if I enjoyed writing about food and developing recipes as much as I liked cooking and baking. Turns out I did! And now it’s my full time job. 💻: thepracticalkitchen.com

John Oliver's season finale was great, glad he focused on public media, and how important it is to fund. Red states tend to benefit from it the most.

He has an auction site up to help raise money, johnoliversjunk.com, which even has an actual Bob Ross painting on it (but it's at 1 million).

Do you know who is paying for Trump’s ballroom?

Amazon
Google
Apple
Meta

And a bunch of other companies that coincidentally have business in front of the Trump Administration right now.

So are these companies getting special favors in return? I’m pressing for answers.

KARL: The president claims that Thanksgiving costs are down 25%. Does he know that's not true?

HASSETT: Well if you look at Walmart--

KARL: Wait a minute. I've gotta stop you. The Walmart package this year contains much less than the one last year. That's why the price is less.

Alan Dershowitz is one of those claiming Epstein was not a pedophile because he pleaded guilty to one count of having sex for money with a 17-year-and-10-month-old person. "That’s not a pedophile." See this important response from Julia Brown, the brave reporter who broke the news on this
