Just a reminder not to be this kind of entitled person who changes the recipe, leaves a 3 star review based on their mistake, and thinks I should retest the whole recipe just for them and personally email them when I do.

Just a few things I’ve baked lately. Can’t share the recipes (yet) bc they’re all still in R&D but trust they were all delish.

I made it for dinner this week with @ranchogordo.bsky.social Lima beans and it is just so very good. I’ve done it with a variety of different white beans over the past year or so and it’s great every time.

10 years ago I made bagels for the first time, on a whim, not having the slightest inkling that it would end up sending me down a path (four jobs and two cross country moves later) to my current job as a baker and recipe developer working on her first cookbook — all about breads.

There are other photos in the post that don’t show hands. The problem is photos *without* hands make it hard for people to see the scale of the bread. You can’t tell how small it is!
