If I produce a Pokémon game using OpenAI tools and OpenAI assert ownership of that product, do they then become liable for the massive intellectual property suit that Nintendo will bring?
So you can't copyright anything you write with it, and if you use it to actually create something, they will own a piece.

This company and this entire business model is for Suckers and Dopes only.
Lmao the bubble is fit to burst, boys

This is a hysterical and insane choice, I hope they follow through!

Make it make sense
Lisandro Martinez's goal for Man United at Burnley was wrongly disallowed by the referee, according to the KMI Panel.

However, the KMI Panel said the VAR was correct not to intervene and agreed the on-field decision should stand.

Lisandro Martinez's goal for Manchester United at Burnley should not have been ruled out, says Key Match Incidents Panel.

Jim doesn't want you to reply to this, presumably so you can't ask him if the government still uses that CSAM generator site
Welcome the positive signs coming from Government on this.

Young people should be protected from the clear harms social media pose. Industry has had long enough to get its house in order, and the Online Safety Act doesn’t go far enough.
Many Labour MPs back an Australian led ban on social media for under 16s.

The UK Government should give it full consideration.

It would maybe be the funniest wrestling story of the year if AEW sued WWE for using their intellectual property in that AI-generated picture of Dominik with the AEW belt. Imagine if *that* were the case to set precedent on AI copyright infringement.

If I was Starmer I wouldn't be making dull speeches, I would simply paint a stick of dynamite brown and put it in a box labelled FANCY CIGARS and hand it to Trump, and while he was still dazed from the explosion I'd quickly make America British again

The Kurds repeatedly getting fucked over and left in a hail of gunfire is one of many reasons why I am always highly skeptical about our relentless commitment to human freedom everywhere, and about any new adventures that rely upon perpetual support from the White House in particular.

This only happened because there was a jury I assume. Once we get rid of them it'll all be fine
Child rape trial delayed after a plug explodes under the prosecutor's bench
Sparks flying, strong smell of burning, a lawyer lucky not to have been electrocuted

But in a sign of how we simply cope with terrible court decay, the prosecutor took a minute, moved along the bench & got on with case prep

For clarity, this government has so far:
- cancelled HS2 north of Birmingham (previous government hadn't actually done that formally)
- cancelled electrification of the Midland Main Line
- cancelled West Yorkshire mass transit
- cancelled the trans-Pennine high speed line

Today's announcement is the opposite of what it says it is. It's the formal cancellation of the high speed line across the Pennines.

What's left - additional TRU scope - is a good idea but should be delivered as a business as usual enhancement in 2027, not some far off fanfaron.

Yeah, I guess driving a coach and horses through trans rights, abolishing indefinite leave to remain and jury trials are boring if they don't affect you. And you have no empathy whatsoever
Sadly, I think we are so divided and so reluctant to accept a Starmer, boring, steady, doesn’t deliberately inflame or attempt the impossible, because nobody can do enough.
