Someone said recently that January is the longest month, and it definitely seems that way! For me I think my daughter's birthday has something to do with it, yet that feels months ago even though it was only weeks ago. How is there still another day of this month?

My personal favorite post-workout drink is vanilla protein powder mixed with mashed banana, cocoa powder, milk, and water.
(Why not buy chocolate protein powder? Because it's not as good. [Also because my husband prefers vanilla and I can't use a whole canister before it expires.])
