every day i see hundreds of comments of people spinning elaborate scenarios to explain how trump can control everything and all opposition is futile. a) i think a lot of you need to log off and stop following professional doomsayers. b) i think a lot of you are cowards

I take a medicine that’s shipped to me in cold packs, so I have a ton of cold gel packs in my freezer. Anyone know how or where to donate them? I know I can dispose of them in various ways but I’d rather get them to people who can use them if possible.

So that leads to a general question - anyone want to sit for some black and white film portraits here in PVD, it is so far out of my comfort zone it feels like a good thing to explore creatively.

Every once in a while I have to explain to our international students how their university insurance works, and they stare at me terrified like I'm having a stroke, because words coming out of my mouth make no sense to a normal person.
Every once in a while I tell people from other countries about how the health insurance system works in the US and they are aghast. Yesterday a guy straight up didn’t believe me when I said people can die because of not being able to afford medicine. He was sure I meant in the distant past.
