I had to wait half an hour beyond my scheduled appointment time, but I took that as a good sign that my neighborhood is excited to get vaccinated. 🤘🏻
Very pleased that my state (Oregon) and the other western states have made it possible for me to get a covid booster this morning without bullshit. My doctor’s office was fully overwhelmed with requests for prescriptions as of yesterday. Today’s small but significant win.

I am watching— for 1st time— Dario Argento’s Phenomena with Jennifer Connelly from 1985. So far there’s a serial killer, a chimpanzee nurse, Donald Pleasance doing an odd accent, an Iron Maiden needle drop, sleepwalking, and a lot of bugs. This movie is absolutely bonkers and I am into it.
