Anyone else having a "what's the point in continuing on with normal life stuff, when the world is the way it is?!" kind of Monday? Sending solidarity. What can we do to look after ourselves and each other? Would love to hear ideas of what other people do.

The thing I love observing about human behaviour when watching the Traitors is that humans are absolutely amazing at lying while simultaneously being terrible at being able to spot when other people are lying.

My son got a little digital watch for Christmas (he's 5) and it beeps on the hour. He was so excited to keep telling me the time and now that he's back at school, he wanted me to keep his watch in my office so I would "know what time it was" without him being here to remind me. 🥹 So adorable.

Marco Rubio is reportedly saying Maduro will stand trial in US courts.

Which means it’s now the US administration’s position that US courts can hold foreign presidents, but not the US president, accountable for crimes.

HOW are they still wheeling out Trump in public?! 😱😱 It’s absolutely dire this press conference. It’s like he can barely read or speak.

Stood next to Paul Rudd in the queue for yellow cabs at JFK airport in 2008. We didn’t interact at all - he was on the phone to someone the whole time.
Right folks. Feeling rather down at the moment so bringing back an oldie

Can you tell I’m bored on a train? What’s your fave Pitbull song? Me and my sister regularly talk about how loads of songs in the early 2010s were all about not being able to pay your rent but still going out to party anyway. I WORK MY ASS OFF, I STILL CAN’T PAY IT THO. youtu.be/bTXJQ5ql5Fw

Sometimes I sit on here trying to think of something profound or witty to say and it’s just like all craic and drive has left my body because of the *state of the world* and all that. So…what has everyone had for their tea? I had a toastie from Greggs before I go on a train. Classy
