As a writer of smut and erotica who works in tandem with their artist wife as an artist of smut and erotica, what Suzanne says here is extremely accurate. There is a deep fulfillment to showcasing life, and love, and relationships (of all kinds) in these ways. It’s part of the human soul.
This is a small-potatoes argument but I think it's true for a lot of other artists-- drawing erotica and getting to share it with you is an incredibly fulfilling part of my life as an artist and person and having that taken away would leave me with a void in my heart so vast it's hard to think about

All I think about when I hear people say that it’s bad taste to dance on Hulk Hogan’s grave is that Emmett Till’s monument had to be replaced with a 500lb steel bulletproof monument because white people simply won’t stop riddling it with bullets. So now it just has tons of dents. From bullets.

I’ve been absent lately bc school ended and my in-laws visited and as anyone with in-laws knows, the latter is enough to cause stress for days (and in fact caused me to have at least two breakdowns a day for five days straight! And things still haven’t stopped!).
