It is just about unheard of that the temperature across the Great Plains is the same from Calgary down to Houston in January. It was +4 °C (277 K) in Winnipeg when I got up this morning!

#proteomics_101 CCDC88A:p has several solo pS acceptors in short dynamic domains at gaps in its long string of coiled-coil domains & a big juicy high occupancy pS acceptor complex in its cward dynamic domain.

For some reason Brookfield Asset Management always gets left out of this - they gave $250 million USD to the purchase of X/Twitter.
It was run by Mark Carney at the time, who is now Canada's Prime Minister.

#proteomics_101 Which of the 12 different human caspase proteins (CASPx) is often abundant in urine samples from clinical studies? What does its presence indicate about the patient's condition & the design of the study?

#proteomics_101 CCDC25:p is a contentious little fellow. UP insists that it is a type I plasma membrane protein, even though the TM domain is a bit too short (17 aa). AF imagines it to be an intracellular protein with 3 domains: an nward β sheet binder, a coiled-coil & a cward dynamic domain.

While you might be somewhat skeptical of the tertiary structure suggested by AF for CCDC6:p, its PTM occupancy patterns are consistent with its imagineered secondary structure.

The only explanation I can come up with is the exon 10 is possessed by the demon Phosphoryl & requires exorcism. It is possible I have watched too many episodes of "Evil" this afternoon, though.

Hummm, is this some kind of a US version of the CCV?
If you are submitting an NIH grant in February, you will be required to use SciENcv to prepare you biosketch.

IT IS MUCH WORSE THAN YOU CAN POSSIBLY IMAGINE.

Set aside *at least* 4 hours just to transfer an existing an biosketch into SciENcv.

Firstly, let’s all agree that 2026 will be the year to stop using the word “glitch” to describe bugs.

ATG2A:p & B:p are similar looking proteins, with a big tube made of β-sheets running the length of the sequence. It has a regular array of dynamic domains breaking up the cylinder, confirmed by the presence of occupied pS acceptors. #proteomics
