I can very well believe it was generated by Russia. It heavily favours them. Plus why would the Ukraine want to add Russia to the G8, or block themselves from NATO? trump would. Putin would. Zelensky would not.

Maybe Rubio should give up all his other jobs he’s sucking at to actually focus on the ONE job he was actually confirmed by the Senate to do. He’ll still suck at it but possibly a little less.
