In Binghamton, a small city in upstate New York, it’s a sea of umbrellas. I’d guess 500 people despite the weather, maybe more.
And this is NOT the only #HandsOff rally in this area—others in Owego, Norwich, Ithaca, Syracuse, and Sayre, PA.

Organizers are telling people at Madison Square Park that “this is the end of the March! Keep it moving,” noting there are “thousands and thousands of people behind you” marching south down down 5th Avenue. Sort of a carnival vibe here, with a few groups tabling and using megaphones and speakers.
