How can you not love the Cup competitions?!? This is awesome and with everything that’s wrong in the game, today’s FA Cup match that leads to the departure of the Cup holders is everything that’s right about it. On the day anything can happen, because it’s the Cup.
It finishes Macclesfield 2, Crystal Palace 1. It's the biggest upset in FA Cup history. 117 league places between the two teams is the biggest gap overcome. Macclesfield are a semi-pro National League North team (sixth-tier), Premier League Palace are the current holders. #FACup #footy-live
Macclesfield now 2-0 up vs Palace. Would be one of the biggest upsets in FA Cup history due to the gap between the two teams in the league pyramid. More significant still as Palace are the current cup holders.

The magic of the FA Cup is truly reaching peak magical levels right now, thank you Macclesfield

It’s been such a crazy day so far that I still can’t believe it’s actually happened: Wolverhampton Wanderers are going to win a Premier League match.
