Sotomayor is right. According to this Supreme Court, the US can now kidnap, detain, and fly legal immigrants and citizens to a foreign country's prison, even if it's a whoopsie.

Every time I talk in a big city, I have so many folks come up and tell me about their roots in the heartland or rural spaces.

Can a kid be lost at two? Is warehousing kids cheaper than intervening in their lives? This is ridiculous. Kids get hurt and recruited in adult prisons. Hard stop.
