Yesterday we launched the delivery plan for Warmer Homes London, a new Mayor of @london.gov.uk/London Councils partnership that’ll upgrade 1000s of homes.

Great to hear from @metecoban92.bsky.social & @graciemaew.bsky.social about how it will make homes greener, healthier & more affordable to heat.

Last week I visited the new Barratts development on Ilderton Road which delivers new homes as well as storage/logistics space. The scheme delivers 35% affordable housing and I'm delighted that 58 much-needed new social rent homes managed by L&G will soon be occupied by Southwark residents 👏👏👏

A non-political post for music-lovers. Go visit Mick Jones' Rock & Roll Public Library on Flitcroft Street WC2 (Denmark Street end) before it closes on Saturday.

Some truly fascinating exhibits. My personal favourite was this fan letter from Patti Smith to The Clash!

Then Hegseth ended up as US Defence Sec. And now yeah that makes sense.
