While in the rest of Europe we celebrate a gradual transition from fuel burning to electric transport I think that Norway can say that box is nearly ticked

EVs now represent more than 10% of new car sales in 39 countries, including Vietnam at 38% and Indonesia at 15%.

In the U.S., that figure is less than 10%.

The gap signals a competitive problem that goes far beyond climate – it's about who controls the future of automotive jobs. buff.ly/H5ETTBQ
America is falling behind in the global EV race – that’s going to cost the US auto industry

This is spectacular! Sales of fully battery powered trucks have shot past diesel trucks in China. Forget about hybrid and hydrogen trucks.

We can now stop calling heavy trucking a "hard to abate" sector.
📢Big surge in new-energy heavy truck sales in China in December to meet policy targets and rushing to get ahead of policy changes.
In December, only 31.2% of heavy trucks were diesel, and for the full year 46.4%.

The fact that both Labour and Reform are focusing their attacks on the Greens instead of each other shows you exactly which party is a threat to the status quo!
Just Reform being obsessed.

I wonder if it's because we keep pointing out their failures in councils, their ludicrous and offensive anti British positions or keep exposing their dodgy financial links with fossil fuel companies?

Either way - we're not stopping.
