Had my 1st back massage today, courtesy of the community project at St Luke's Downham.
Been suffering all week thanks to having to get some covers back from the Dorg.
Back still not 100%, but so much better than it was.

Gave the sprogs free reign to choose any Trek film. They went for Wrath Of Khan, so we clearly got something right with their upbringing.
