On Saturday, Arizona pro wrestling legend, the Navajo Warrior, ended his 35-year career in a match against Samoa Joe.

I’m honored to have been asked to design and illustrate the poster for the event. It was inspired by the 1962 King Kong vs Godzilla movie poster.

Every copy sold out at the show.

Remember when Toy Biz made a Professor X figure that looked like Patrick Stewart, but made the leg joints so loose that the figure actually couldn't stand up?

Like, I know Xavier is canonically usually wheelchair-ridden, but they CHOSE to give him wobbly legs.

Brutal.

Finally saw Garbage for the first time last night, and now I get to go thru today on four hours of sleep.

Totally worth it.

I was recently on an episode of KNOWING IS HALF THE PODCAST with @almightyray.bsky.social & @999rpms.bsky.social talking about KING ARTHUR AND THE KNIGHTS IF JUSTICE!

I love the show, despite its flaws. The KIHTP hosts… had a different take.

Reminder to everyone donating to food banks in light of the Republicans starving SNAP: It is far more cost effective to donate directly to food banks than to buy food and give it to them. They can buy in bulk and have existing relationships with sellers, so your few bucks go way further that way

Weirdly, I had to change the title of this from “My First Experience with the Playstation 2” to “My first time playing Playstation 2” to get it to appear on the main page of my website.

Hmmm.

Anyway, the PS2 turned 25 this weekend. Here’s me being old about it:

Just in time for Halloween, we look back at the 2002 live-action Scooby-Doo: The Movie!

Steph grew up on the film, but Andy had never seen it before! What did he think? How did it go? Tune in and find out!

I'm keeping myself relatively informed (but there's something every 5 minutes), and calling my elected officials to express my feelings. I could probably call more frequently, but I'm calling as much as I can without having a breakdown.

Some days, though, it IS just one foot in front of the other.
A lot of people are pretty freaked out by the current political state of affairs and carrying on because they don't know what else to do, except out one foot in front of the other.

And I think a lot of Very Online folks mistake that for "normie" indifference

Warner Bros. Discovery is up for sale.

Someone lend me a couple of billion dollars so I can buy it.

I am 100% not qualified and would be way in over my head. But I certainly wouldn't be able to do a worse job than the current folks in charge!

I really like this analogy.
Currently mainstream AI tools are, at best, a more flexible version of clip art, stack exchange code, and letter templates. To get more than that out of it you gotta be either playing with some super niche or doing some really weird stuff.

Can confirm, this movie is fun. And insane. Mostly insane. But still a little fun. But mostly just fuckin’ bananas.
If you're looking for something fun & seasonally appropriate to watch tonight, in remembrance of The Spaceman, consider this very lovingly remastered fan cut of "KISS Meets The Phantom". It's a greatest hits live-action cartoon... Perhaps, the perfect pick-me-up for a downer day.
