It's probably not ideal for the nation that the way the government works is the attorney general goes on shows and podcasts and then the real lawyers have to figure out if there's any law there before writing up a walk-back statement that she can post the next day.

He’s correct about this. This one will not fly under the radar because those rates are all public. People buying insurance will notice. It’s not buried in their taxes. And those screen shot of rates will be everywhere on social media.
