Watch. If you claim one of these to get a vaccine, they’ll use it later as a preexisting condition to crank up your health premium or kick you off your plan.
Hang onto this image of CDC's full list of underlying conditions tied to severe risk of COVID.

If you're an adult aged 18-64, RFK Jr. is now making you show some proof of one of these underlying conditions in order to get a COVID vaccine.

This book is riveting and so, so infuriating. It follows 5 families in Atlanta who are struggling to remain housed and paints deeply compassionate portraits of each unit. It reads almost like a novel but is outstanding journalism

We're celebrating three huge milestones in Kentucky:
✅the highest number of people working;
✅most jobs filled; and
✅the largest labor force since the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics started recording these metrics.

Folks, we've got a lot to be proud of.

I had one life and now I don't. Starting over at this late stage is difficult but not impossible. Recreating self.

"On Tyranny" is a #1 NYT bestseller again. I wish the moment were different. But I’m glad the book is useful. And grateful for all the kind words about putting the 20 lessons to work.

I empty out my office today. I've been in the library world for thirty years (minus 6 when working retail). Bringing all that stuff home for me to stare at 😭

Today I am resigning as executive director from my library. Over the last eight years that library has been a physical part of me. It's like I have lost an arm or a leg or a part of my brain. It was not healthy for the work balance to over take the life balance and this is the end result.
