But unions also set a higher pay standard that all workers enjoy.

In high-union-density states, median household income is $12,000 higher than in low-union-density states.

This is why unions are vital.

It's important to remember that we DO have a choice in compliance. If you are asked to send 5 bullets, it's still YOUR CHOICE to send them. Your decision will be based on life circumstances and the line you draw in the sand; it's different for everyone. But we cannot hide behind "I had no choice".
