It would take a two-word amendment to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 to subject ICE agents and other federal law enforcement officers to the same liability for constitutional violations that local and state officers currently face.

The SCt gave trump permission to steal from us, and he is taking advantage of that permission with the claim he to the DOJ. However, because that permission doesn't extend to his minions, he's likely promised (or already issued) blanket pardons to everyone working for him. They'll need them.

It never ceases to amaze me how utterly unqualified and incompetent almost every person appointed by trump to positions within his administration is, particularly at the cabinet level.
