Everyone in this chain of death, from SECDEF to the individual who pulled the trigger, needs to be investigated to determine if murder charges are warranted and, if so, prosecuted.

I am sometimes concerned about what they may do to interfere with an election, and then I remember the fake electors scheme and feel better. Still, best to never underestimate the lengths to which people may go.

Pre-Trump, this conduct would likely have been originally charged as a misdemeanor and there would have been a plea deal with a fine. The initial overreach caused the jury nullification.

Absolutely. I'm always exhausted after a trial and I usually get something like bronchitis after each one, even after one as short as a week.
