Strange question but is there a thing wherw you can buy like a subscription to have a space in a woodworking shop and go there to saw a board or something every once in a while? I like making things but woodworking isn't really convenient in an apartment.

Home insurance in areas hit by repetitive disasters is going to be the number one housing affordability issue over the next 4 years. And possibly going into the midterms.
More so than interest rates. Florida in particular is going to have huge problems.

Here in Florida we have a housing crisis of our own - developers are building affordable homes all around, but many are sitting empty because people can't afford the necessary home insurance.

i do not think these people actually want to end fair use, i think they want to ban AI because they’re afraid it might compete with their labor but are like pathologically unable to be honest about that.
I do not want the posts I produce be included in open datasets without my consent and you should consider why you’re having so much trouble understanding why so many people would agree with me instead of having Question Time.

We recently shared Bluesky’s stance on user data and AI training, which has not changed. Bluesky will not train generative AI on user data. bsky.app/profile/bsky...
