trump is so incredibly transactional that moving on from kirk already makes perfect sense, kirk is no longer a useful object for him, dead men can’t organize voters. a more strategic thinker would look beyond brass tacks, but that’s not trump and it never has been.
people who have been shitting their pants all week about civil war have continually failed to remember that trump is *uniquely* bad at capitalizing on events that require him to demonstrate empathy
