On a phone you load an app or webpage and you think it's loaded but as soon as you tap (click) on a link or button it moves and you click some stupid ad. I'm sure that's not on purpose right? Just a bug with a really new kind of tech. . . that in 10-15 years we haven't figured out how to fix.
