How will it make it harder? Standing on the convictions of raising their health care costs. They're going to spend 2 months staring at those increases. All the while being told Republicans refuse to hold a vote or offer an alternative plan.

Again, I ask, what would your solution have been? How much longer should they have waited? Meanwhile, knowing that the longer the wait, the longer people go hungry. Given the choices, this was the least hurtful.
