Yep just said this to my R-NC Senator Ted Budd on fb. under his weak sauce post he made in response to public pressure to do something to hold ICE and CBP accountable for their illegal, resprehensible, murderous actions.
Raskin: ICE and CBP — these are not law enforcement entities, and at this point they’re completely lawless. They’re outside of the Constitution.

1. End roving patrols, tighten rules on warrants
2. Enforce accountability & unified code of conduct for agents
3. No more masks & require bodycams
There are *already* standards on much of this.

It’s just nuts to me that senior DOJ officials are on social media all day shitposting and trolling. The unprofessionalism and psychosis is unfathomable to anyone who has ever worked for any DOJ agency - especially the posts about pending investigations and prosecutions.
