I talked to five game composers about their relationship with Bandcamp for @theavclubgames.bsky.social They were largely positive about the platform, its user base and pay structure, but a change in payment processors is worrying some. Give it a read, maybe a share!

If I were in charge of a book storefront/platform, I would ban or at least have the option to hide the use of an 'enticing sentence' after the title. It feels totally unnecessary, and for me personally, it dissuades me from learning any more about a book I might not already know about.

Photo by Pierre Lavie. Yes this is me. And I threw my Leica. It landed on the bass plate with hardly a scratch. Another Photographer grabbed it along with my phone and I was able to track him later. I was held face down tear gas deployed right in front of me and pepper sprayed directly into the eye.
