It has literally never come up for me, but the halved burn damage of Grand Duke in DL meaning it gets boosted less is really dumb.
I think this is the only card with an effect contingent on the amount of burn done.

It's top 5 for sure (the other 4 are Book of Spells, Amascut's Promise, Colossus of the Deep, and The Fallen Empire).

In DL, every time you level a character up to level 10/30, you get a lifetime mission that never expires that gives you 50 gems. This can be saved however long you want and doesn't count against your gem cap.
