It has literally never come up for me, but the halved burn damage of Grand Duke in DL meaning it gets boosted less is really dumb.

In DL, every time you level a character up to level 10/30, you get a lifetime mission that never expires that gives you 50 gems. This can be saved however long you want and doesn't count against your gem cap.

This was, for a long time, the only card that used size of deck as a cost.
Jayemdae Tome was strong only a year prior; this costs 1 less on each end, has selection, and doesn't tap to fire.
Also, I have a special connection with this card, since I caused an errata to it then won because of it.
