Games in particular generally improve when you look at them through the lens of "how did the creator want me to engage with this?"
Obviously, approaching it from your own angle can also be productive and enjoyable, but all media is the author communicating with the reader in some form.

What are your thoughts on dracotail lunalight?
There are four others that I could find: Circle of the Fairies (not in DL), Gandora-X (skill-locked), Machu Mech (clearly very relevant), and Sweet Guitar (okay this one works).
Grand Duke is the one where it matters the most between playability and relevance of the attack boost though.

R5 2-1 against dracotail. Won roll, spell canceller is a hell of a card in games 1 and 3.
R6 lose die roll to mermail. Could have won game 3 if I'd drawn off talents instead of ripping.
