Abolishing ICE is a tactic, not a strategy. We need to REPEAL the USA Patriot Act (2001), a GIANT MISTAKE opposed largely by Democrats worried about civil liberties. It essentially reframed immigration as "national security," and that became the justification for shit like what we are seeing today.
