Kidnap a foreign head of state - and Keir Starmer will make it clear we've played no part in it but will wait for the scheduled press conference in a few hours before potentially condemning it

Keir Starmer says he wants to establish facts by *watching Donald Trumps press conference.*

People said giving him a second state visit was a genius move of strategy - really seems to have paid off.

Special relationship - alive and kicking.

So Radio4pm news reports 2025 as the uk’s hottest year ever. No mention of Climate Crisis. No comment from a scientist or politician demanding action. Just the news. It feels very much like the Don’t Look Up script.
"My last science post of 2025 is this summary of the global temperature for the last 2000 years. It’s a powerful reminder that the climate of the 20th century and all of those before it for thousands of years is no more. "

For the record, I was an advisor to Ed Miliband's Labour Party on tax policy, I strongly support a wealth tax, and I am aware of a viable and fully costed proposal to implement one in the UK.
Amazing interview attacking Polanski as a "fantasist" "selling unicorns".

But Polanski has not said "squeezing a tiny elite of billionaires will pay for everything that we want and everything that we need.” He has simply argued, as many tax economists do, for a wealth tax.

So who is the fantasist?

There are no warnings on bottles.

Either companies do not test their products, or conceal the harms to boost profits and exec pay.

What do regulators do?
Bottled water drinkers ingest 90,000 more microplastic particles each year
