Man I am so outta shape.
Like many I took up Yoga in 2020 & really enjoyed it, felt the healthiest I've ever been. I started slipping in 2023 & only did it when I was sore. Now I'm bloated all the time so I'm making a point of doing at least 15 mins every day & it's surprisingly hard!

ICE isn’t an aberration, but the product of the militarized police state the US built at home and abroad. The shooting of an unarmed man isn’t new, just how brazenly this violence is carried out. Fight ICE, but to truly protect our communities, we must dismantle the system that made it possible.
