I can't believe it's been 3 years since my top surgery! I maintain it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. Trans Day of Visibility is more than showing that we exist - It's proving our survival. We will ALWAYS be here.

TEXT: I lost so much time to self-loathing, isolation and performing an idea of femininity. Had I known I was trans earlier in life, that time would be spent so differently. TEXT: I saw flashes of a future where I transitioned sooner. I was more confident and spent that time making friends and creating memories together. TEXT: And that happiness ripples out. It challenges the rhetoric that trans people can't lead joyful lives. It shows trans kids that being a trans adult is even a possibility.
