All roads lead back to Project 2025. All anybody had to do before the election was to read the damn thing.

A billionaire tech mogul with Nazi and apartheid heritage, whose rockets and cars explode, is the obvious solution to all of our problems, according to the users of the social media platform he owns.
Someone should tell this genius that forming a party requires filling with the FEC

He visited the Camp Fire footprint during his first term and referred to the town as "Pleasure" rather than Paradise. Melania wore the "I really don't care, do you?" jacket on a trip to a migrant child detention center. It's probably for the best that they stay far away from suffering people.

I caught this as well. This Californian has a really hard time imagining she'd respond to one of our disasters with any tact, decorum, or respect.
Kristi Noem casually jabbing at other states' disaster responses, because of course she is.

This is a huge win and it’s also a direct result of the grassroots effort. If you've made noise about this over the past few days and weeks, you have a lot to be proud of.

Could be trade rep Jamieson Greer - is something particularly cringeworthy going on with trade today?
I… don’t know which Jamie he’s talking about?

The Trump administration told us that Iran was days away from having a nuclear bomb. That was their whole reasoning for getting involved. Now they say they'll make a decision on if they're going to take military action in two weeks. Which is it?

Trauma survivors don't share their story for "attention." Most of the "attention" most survivors have ever received for speaking out has been profoundly negative.

If they're taking the risk to share their story, they're doing so hoping it can connect them w/ care, not "likes."

I will be damned if I allow a bunch of Confederate-waving January 6th apologists give the American people a lecture on flag waving.

There is ZERO reason to enter an argument about patriotism with people who still worship traitors to America 150+ years later.

They. Are. Breaking. The. Law.

1/ New in the Abrego Garcia case, the Judge has just granted his lawyers' request for permission to file sanctions against the government, which is very unusual.

The Congressional Budget Office just confirmed that the Big Beautiful Bill is, in Elon Musk’s words, a “disgusting abomination.”

This exposes Republicans’ lies — this bill will rip health care away from millions of people and jack up the debt to fund tax breaks for billionaires.

Maybe now @schiff.senate.gov or @padilla.senate.gov can check in on Andry Hernandez Romero.
I said my main goal of this trip was to meet with Kilmar. Tonight I had that chance. I have called his wife, Jennifer, to pass along his message of love. I look forward to providing a full update upon my return.

Can we get a (truthful) health report? All the usual nonsensical rambling, but he looks sweaty, hands are super pale, even more makeup than normal, and hair is disheveled. Is he okay?

The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans
U.S. national-security leaders included me in a group chat about upcoming military strikes in Yemen. I didn’t think it could be real. Then the bombs started falling.

My "just for fun" Ancestry test signaled *something* was amiss in my DNA, but 23andMe confirmed *what* was amiss. The solution to this problem wasn't a DNA test - the solution was honesty and transparency. In absence of that honesty, a DNA test is all we have. This is devastating. #donorconceived
i would like to remind everyone who deplores the use of services like 23andMe that there exist people with hidden or secret parentage, including donor-conceived people and #adopted people like myself, for whom these services may be their *only* access to the truth to which they have a human right.

It’s going fast. Lawyers have to move in unity - law firms, civil rights, law schools, tax lawyers, prosecutors, criminal defense, family law, civil law, immigration.

Stand together. Fight for our integrity and our profession.
I don’t see how, unless our entire profession stands shoulder-to-shoulder in unity, we successfully push back against this effort to break our profession and our democracy.

Cowering & compromising won’t work. He is attacking us for the success of our work.
