When people oppose less expensive ground-mounted solar farms by saying stuff like PV should only be installed as agrivoltaics operation, keep in mind that the societal cost of that farmland protection is about $25,000/acre.

I just applied for a passport renewal. The cost was $149 including postage. Requiring a passport or similar proof of citizenship to vote is thus a poll tax. The SAVE Act before the Senate asks to do just that.
