That summer I was also making this gargoyle! Initially inspired by a scale patterned fur that I ended up completely swapping for fleece, which I ended up loving so much more. I used grey eye blanks for a stone-like look

June 2024 I made this blue weevil! I wanted to make a bug and this species seemed easy to stylize, with the snout being long but still fairly proportionate to be doable, with beautiful color inspo. I also tried to emulate the weevil "boots" with different finger shapes, while keeping the paw look.
