Greying. Sometimes cycling. Have a lot of records I don’t listen to so much these days. Occasionally draw things. Edinburgh

They can never take from you the joy of putting a finger to your ear, setting your face in a frown of deep concentration and then farting in time to Go! By Public Service Broadcasting.
Now. Would you say that the labour bar is half the size of the Lib Dem one or might you come away with the impression it is much much smaller?

Number plates for rollerskates.
Your challenge for the day is to invent a ReformUK policy. On Shrove Tuesday next year we get to see if they’ve adopted it.

Remember, it should appeal to insane pensioners and absolutely nobody else. QT with yours!

I know that 'exile' *can* be self-imposed not just something done *to you* but I think that extending that to allow 'tax exile' does a LOT of work in reframing the position of someone who is making a purposeful choice that they do not want to pay the tax they owe. Think we should bin the term.

Still invoking the name Nigel Mansell over thirty years after his retirement when something moves somewhat too fast or comedically much too slow.
What "core British values" has "the left" not defended? Can someone ask this sentient fucking saucepan what he means?
Keir Starmer attacks the racism of Reform and Matt Goodwin but then adds that "Britain has also been let down by a mindset on the left of politics that is too slow to defend core British values"

"rich dipshit owner doesn't understand the industry he's bought into and clumsily destroys what made it good" feels less like a narrative unique to the washington post and more like the music that's been playing in the background of all our lives for at least 40 years

Looked as though I might not have been fully dosed as a kid so went and got it as an adult when there was an outbreak in the news a few years back. Nurse was grumpy AF about it but no regrets.
I realised over Christmas that I’d never gotten my second MMR jab on account of childhood moves and policy changes. I emailed my GP and I just got it this morning, free on the NHS. It’s never too late and you can’t overdo it. Please get vaccinated.

Scottish water have dug up about 3m of road in our street to enable us to get that sweet sweet lead-free water. Happy about that outcome but kind of bemused that this has necessitated no less than 23 of those large roadside signs distributed around local pavements.

A reminder to the news media: “conflicting accounts” is what you say BEFORE the incontrovertible video evidence appears. After that, your job is to ask why one side is lying, not to repeat the lie and pretend no one knows the truth.

I need at least 3 more folk to sign up for my Edinburgh Adult Education Programme archaeology classes at Craigentinny, or the course will be cancelled. If you know anyone who might be interested, please let them know. Thank you!

Look at his wee face. We have a national obligation to show the old boy as many beavers as we can while he's still around to be delighted by them.
Beavers are back in London 🦫

Redpilled by the presence of both Conditioner Gordon and Mousse Wayne as Batman haircare puns that remain unused in merch and must therefore be some kind of sleeper puns that are waiting for activation in the Great Bad Hair Day to Come because it's no more stupid than anything else that's going on.
