This is absolutely BRILLIANT.

The Finnish gov knows that educating its kids to critically think so they can understand the concept of actual fake news will protect its democracy.

The Aust gov needs to consider adding this type of leaning to the Aus curriculum.

The Australian government rushed through legislation to ban under 16s from using social media - a measure widely criticised by experts.

But after 18 months they haven't been able to implement a total ban on gambling ads to protect children - a measure almost unanimously supported by experts.

ABC viewers have been calling for the return of #TheDrum for months. An outstanding panel discussion program, led by intelligent, informed, articulate & attentive hosts who listened to their guests! It provided a platform for expert commentary on important issues. But ABC Mgmt isn't listening. 😔

The big parties govern by which lobbyists is pissing in their pocket. While community chosen reps govern for benefit of their electorate. 🤞for more “hung” governments.
imagine if behind the curtain, the ACCC was just coles + woolies, and they decided to give themselves big fat taxpayer grants and to squeeze aldi + IGA out of the market!

…well, labor + the coalition are doing something very similar to indies + minor parties.

it basically #FinancialGerrymandering.
