Of course it does. The same as religious indoctrination occurs at all faith based schools and social and economic indoctrination occurs at non-faith based private schools. This is why we should stop giving public funds to private education. #education @janecaro.bsky.social

Men overwhelmingly use a gun to commit suicide. That's true in US and also here in Australia. There are so many reasons a gun in the house is a very bad idea. And forget the 'self-defence' rubbish. No burglar is going to wait while someone gets their gun out of the safe.

Agreed, i also think members of gun clubs being able to own 10 firearms is ridiculous.
If someone breaks into their house, they've got ten weapons, apart from the fact that they might go rogue, I've been to rifle ranges, 4 would be plenty.

Yes close loop holes in gun laws and make them federal, but also make getting a gun license as onerous as getting a drivers license. L plates, P plates, multiple levels over 2 years, written exams and a gun safety test.
