I don't know if there's anyone using the privilege of their platform as well as Sally Rooney is, right now. Hard to overstate how different the world might look if everyone in a position like hers pushed on issues they way she does.

If there's one thing you read today, read Camilla Grudova's essay on the precariousness of making a living from writing when you're from an underprivileged background and the ways that writers shift and adapt snd often have to make do. I felt so incredibly seen by it.
