Developers of LIHTC properties are generally giddy over proposed increase & changes to LIHTC in House resolution.
By itself, it's good to have more LIHTC $$.
But if LIHTC tenants get hit w/Medicaid & SNAP cuts, many tenants will have trouble paying rent & that could destabilize LIHTC properties.
