Isso mas o problema é que menos pessoas trabalhando presencialmente = menos imóveis corporativos alugados = menos rentabilidade pra fundo imobiliário +maior oferta de imóveis pressionando preço do aluguel pra baixo + disponibilidade de laje corporativa pra retrofit pra residencial = rentista triste
na minha cabeça é muito simples: menos pessoas trabalhando presencial desnecessariamente = menos trânsito = menos tempo de deslocamento pra quem precisa trabalhar presencial
