The New York Times wrote and article about a best friend from high school who died a few weeks ago. I’ve been feeling a lot of regret lately. Life is strange and beautiful. I’m glad our paths crossed. He changed my life.

The situation in El Salvador is nauseating. And like so many things I feel powerless. No one cares about our letters or bodies in the street. I cant think of anything that will work other than a general strike. Or war. And the latter is terrifying to me. But I guess we are privileged to be so… ugh.
