I have lived five blocks from this building for almost 20 years and never noticed it before. On the northeast corner of 46th St and Broadway, the I. Miller Building was a shoe store owned by Israel Miller. The 46th St side reads “The Show Folks Shoe Shop Dedicated to Beauty in Footwear.”
