Crossing Connecticut Avenue, a grown man approached me. "Hey, this is extremely touristy, but..." he began as I prepared to give directions to the Lincoln Memorial. "Could you take my picture with one of these?" He proceeded to sit on top of a red Capital Bikeshare bike

More details: ICE goons were turned away at HD Cooke. They tried to seize the school nurse in the parking lot without a warrant, but backed off after staff intervened.

DC has been spending at FY25 levels for 6 months now. If the House GOP CR is approved as drafted, here’s what DC would have to cut:
