I'm planning on following along with LORD OF THE YEAR and you should too! Read the first chunk of The Hobbit in preparation for this and it was such a good time. Haven't read it since I was a kid so it was really interesting to go back to with older (and hopefully wiser) eyes.

We had two major shootings in the Twin Cities this year. Children died. A lawmaker, her husband, and her dog died because random adults showed up at places they weren't supposed to be with ill intent.
